Rail Coach Factory Recruitment 2026 for 550 Apprentice Posts

Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala has released an official notification inviting applications for 550 Apprentice posts under various trades for the year 2025. This recruitment drive is conducted under the Apprentices Act and is aimed at providing skill-based training to eligible candidates in different disciplines. Applicants who have passed 10th class and possess an ITI certificate in relevant trade disciplines such as Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, and others recognized by NCVT can apply for these apprentice opportunities. The selection process for these posts will be based purely on a merit list prepared from the marks obtained in matriculation and ITI, followed by document verification. There will be no written examination or interview for selection.

The age criteria for applying range from 18 to 45 years, with relaxation applicable as per organizational norms. The apprentices will receive a stipend between ₹8,000 and ₹9,000 per month depending on the trade and training rules. The online registration process commenced on 9th December 2025 and will continue until 7th January 2026.
