Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala Recruitment 2025 for 23 Sportsperson Posts

Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala has invited online applications for 23 vacancies under the Sports Quota for various disciplines including Hockey, Football, Basketball, Athletics, Wrestling, Weightlifting, and Swimming. As per Vacancy Circular No: 01/SPQ/2025-26, eligible candidates with 10th / ITI / NAC qualifications can apply through the official RCF website on or before 29th September 2025. Selection will be done through sports trials and fitness assessment.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Candidates must have passed 10th Class or hold an ITI or NAC certificate from a recognized institution.

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 per month as per government norms.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 25 years
• Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per Govt of India norms.

Selection Process

• All candidates will undergo a sports trial.
• Those who score 25 or more out of 40 marks in game skill, physical fitness, and coach’s observation will be further assessed.
• Only Fit candidates from the trial will move to the recruitment committee stage.
