Barnala District Court Recruitment 2025 for 07 Stenographers

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Barnala (Punjab) has announced 07 vacancies for the post of Stenographer Grade-III on an ad-hoc basis. The appointments will be valid for six months or until regular recruitment is done by the High Court. These posts are open for graduates with Punjabi language proficiency, shorthand, and computer skills. The selection will be based on skill test and written test followed by document verification. Applications must be submitted offline before the last date of 25th September 2025.

1. Obtain the Annexure-B format from the official Barnala court notification or notice board.
2. Fill in your personal details, educational qualifications, and experience if any.
3. Attach the required documents:
   • Two passport-size photographs (one pasted, one attached)
   • Attested copies of Matric, Graduation, Computer proficiency, and Stenography certificates
   • Date of Birth proof and category certificate (if applicable)
   • Experience certificate (if available)
4. Submit the application form by hand or through registered post at:
